Guideline and Schedule of National Tsing Hua University International Student Dormitory Application for 105 academic year
一、依據：國立清華大學國際學生宿舍(鴻齋)住宿申請要點
Based on National Tsing Hua University International Student Dormitory (Dorm Hung) Application Guideline
二、鴻齋床位優先順位及申請時程如下（本次申請含暑期住宿及學年住宿）：

於5月份研究所舊生申請宿舍時間內辦理，公告時亦同 Process will be taken and announced when current postgraduate students apply for dormitory in May. |

由全球事務處提供名單 Name list will be provided by Office of Global Affairs. |

有意願住宿在國際學生宿舍的本國國籍大學部學生 Local undergraduate students who are willing to live in international student dormitory accommodation. |
有空床時，將撥至大學部床位並依大學部候補序號依序候補 Division of Student Housing will arrange the dormitory accommodation according to the sequence of waiting list for undergraduate students if there is any vacancy. |

依上述住宿排序分配後，若遇下一順位申請人數超過可提供之床位數時，以電腦亂數方式決定可入住名單，其餘同學依序號候補。
After all beds are arranged by the priority listed above, if the total number of applicants of next priority group has exceeded the amount of bed, the name on list will be randomly selected by the computer. The rest applicants will be on the waiting list in ordinal.
三、其他規定（Other regulation）：
1、若未依規定時程內申請者，恕無法保留順位優先權。
Students who do not finish application process in time will not be able to remain their priority.
2、非本國國籍學生（含研究生及大學部舊生）同學若已確定分配到鴻齋床位，將不得參加其他齋舍抽籤。
Non-Taiwanese resident (including postgraduate students and current undergraduate students) who have been assigned to a bed in Dorm Hung will not be able to apply for other dormitory accommodations.
3、不得私自轉讓床位予他人，一經檢舉查獲即註銷住宿資格。
The bed should not be privately transferred to other people. The person will be disqualified from dormitory accommodation once be reported and found.
4、本學期住宿重大違規及取消住宿權同學不得申請住宿。
Students who had violated dormitory regulations and had been disqualified from dormitory accommodation in current semester cannot apply for dormitory.
5、網路登記住宿方式，請於開放時間由住宿組網頁點選連結進入。
Please enter the online dormitory registration system from the webpage of Division of Student Housing in opening period.
