On August 1, 2006, service centers were established in Dorm Yi, Dorm Li, and Dorm Ya. After the merger of National Tsing Hua University and National Hsinchu University of Education on November 1, 2016, the former NHUE dormitory office was reorganized into the Nanda Campus Service Center.
Currently, each dormitory has a dedicated manager responsible for property inspections, cleaning checks, minor facility repairs, mail and package handling, common area cleaning, outdoor maintenance, bathroom supervision, and counter service.
※Dormitory managers provide 24-hour counter service on a rotating basis. General administrative services are available before 19:00; after 19:00, only urgent safety matters will be handled.
