2. Giving up:
A. Please send an email to the Division of Student Housing from August 10 to August 23 by 5:00 p.m. (please attach an image of the front of your student ID card or other identification), and the process will not be completed until you receive a reply.
3. Waiting list：
Academic Year Waiting List: For the second waiting list, please apply at the application system (Division of Student Housing website) from 10:00 a.m. on August 12 to 4:00 p.m. on August 16.
4. Payment:
Fall semester accommodation fees will be incorporated into the tuition bill.
5. Check in:
Before obtaining your student ID card, new student can use a door access password to enter the dormitory. Please visit the Division of Student Housing website after August 19th to check the password and instructions.
6. Mailing services:
Storage space in service centers is limited and there are no resident records before the start of each semester. Mailing service is provided after the semester commences (fall semester: after September 1st; spring semester: after February 1st).
