Application of dorm for spring semester 2025

1. Accommodation Period
(1) The end of the 2024 fall semester is noon on January 17th , 2025.
(2) The start of the 2025 spring semester is from noon on February 3rd 2025, to noon on June 20th.
(3) Students who are already living in dormitory in fall semester do not need to apply for accommodation of spring semester again.
2. Application
Time From December 9th to December 27th, 2024.
Announcement of Result 4:00 p.m. on January 3rd, 2025
Method Send E-mail to staff:
1. Title: “Application of dormitory for spring semester 2025.
2. Content: “Student ID number”, “Name”,” Department”,” Gender”
3. Please attach front-facing photo of your student ID.
3. Note：
(1) If the number of applicants is more than the number of alternate beds, the waiting list will be determined by random numbers.
(2) Graduate students enrolling early must have their student number before they can apply for the waiting list.
(3) The bed will be arranged according to the available beds. There is no guarantee of the bed allocation.
(4) If you still need to apply for a waiting list beyond the application deadline, please contact the person in charge and the sequence is after the original waiting list.
