B. Students who have been allocated the dormitory can apply for the dormitory exchange from April 7 to 11. For detailed application instructions, please refer to the
dormitory exchange announcement.
C. Students who have been assigned to the dormitory should register for bed allocation according to the method announced by the dormitory head resident. If no registration is made, the dormitory head resident will assign the bed directly.
D. Students who were not been allocated the dormitory should not contact the dormitory head resident to register for a bed. For the
first waiting list, please apply at the application system on June 13 to 18.
E. The bed allocation will be announced on the Division of Student Housing website at 4:00 PM on April 25. If you wish to cancel your bed allocation, please complete the process before 5:00 PM on May 9 using one of the following methods:
(1) Email: Send an email with a copy or photo of your student ID card to the
responsible person.
(Subject: Student ID Number/Name/Cancellation of 2025 Academic Year Dormitory Bed Allocation)
(2) In Person: Bring your student ID and visit the Division of Student Housing Office at the main campus or the Nanda Service Center during office hours.
