(1) Must be of the same gender and belong to the same program (beds for undergraduate and graduate students are limited to their respective students).

(2) Only overseas students may change to Dorm Hung.

(3) Students from the College of Arts can only change to the dormitories on the Nanda campus.

(1) First Round: May 13, 2025, 10:00 AM to May 16, 4:00 PM
(Results announced on May 20 at 4:00 PM)

(2) Second Round: August 5, 2025, 10:00 AM to August 8, 4:00 PM
(Results announced on August 11 at 4:00 PM)

(3) From August 13 onwards, if you wish to change to a vacant bed, please contact the Division of Student Housing.

(1) Apply through the housing application system; each person can select 1-3 preferred vacant beds.

(2) After the application period ends, a random selection will be conducted based on the preferred beds (for the first preference, all applicants for the same bed will be randomly selected; those not selected will proceed to the second and third preferences in order; if none are selected, the original bed will remain unchanged).

(3) Those who successfully change their bed through the random selection will be considered to have completed the bed change and do not need to handle additional procedures. This application cannot be canceled, and the original bed will be released during the next change or for the waitlist.

(1) This change will be handled according to Article 4 of the Dorm Rules.

(2) Vacancy changes will not include single rooms or suites; alternative waitlist methods will be announced separately.

(3) Overseas students wishing to change to vacant beds in Dorm Hung should submit their application during the second round of vacancy changes.
