Student Dormitory Service Center Business Adjustment Notice

In order to allocate manpower and space resources more effectively, the service center will adjust its service hours and items starting from August 1, 2025. This adjustment has been discussed and approved at the dormitory head residents' meeting and the dormitory administrative committee meeting. Please take note of the following adjustments:
1. Package Pickup Time Adjustment:
In order to improve dormitory service quality and the efficiency of handling emergency incidents at night, the package pickup time will be adjusted to 07:00–19:00 daily. If you are unable to pick up your package during this time, it is recommended to use convenience stores or other delivery methods for package retrieval.
2. Consolidation of Service Centers 1 and 2:
To integrate manpower and space resources, the service centers 1 and Area 2 will be merged. The division of duties is as follows:
(1) Service Center 1 (located in Dorm Yi): Responsible for general administration and handling emergency incidents at night.
(2) Service Center 2 (located in Dorm Li): Responsible for package receipt.
(3) Due to the renovation of the service center, the “Package Receipt” service at service center 1 will be moved to service center 2 starting from July 1, with other services remaining unchanged.
