a. Students (except for new undergraduate students) may check-in the fall semester bed since August 18, 2025. The processing time is from Monday to Sunday, 8:30a.m. to 4p.m. Due to the new undergraduate students Orientation, the check-in dates for new undergraduate students are August 24 and August 25, 2025. Please refer to the announcements of new undergraduate students dormitory check-in on the Student Housing website.

b. Starting from August 15, fall semester students will be allowed to inquire at the check-in locations for each dorm or the service centers whether the summer bed has completed the check-out procedure. If it is acceptable that the summer bed has not yet completed the check-out inspection, fall semester students can move in their beds from August 15 to August 17, 2025, and no charge for fall semester dorm early check-in.

c. Dorm Shu-Te will be a male dorm in the fall semester 2025; however, the corridor area on floors 1-3 will still be used as the female dorm in the summer, so early check-in for fall semester beds will not be available.
