Application of dorm for spring semester 2026

1. Accommodation Period
(1) The end of the 2025 fall semester is noon on January 2, 2026.
(2) The start of the 2026 spring semester is February 9, 2026 and the end of it is June 26.
(3) Students who are already living in dormitory in fall semester do not need to apply for accommodation of spring semester again.
2. Application
Time From December 8, 2025 to January 2, 2026.
Announcement of Result 4:00 p.m. on January 8, 2026
Method Send E-mail to staff:
1. Title: Application of dormitory for spring semester 2026.
2. Content: "Student ID number", "Name", "Department", "Gender"
3. Please attach front-facing photo of your student ID or other identification.
4. If you still need to apply for a waiting list beyond the application deadline, please contact the person in charge and the sequence is after the original waiting list.
3. Note:
(1) If the number of applicants is more than the number of alternate beds, the waiting list will be determined by random numbers.
(2) Graduate students enrolling early must have their student number before they can apply for the waiting list.
(3) The bed will be arranged according to the available beds. There is no guarantee of the bed allocation.
