2026 Summer Payment of Student Housing

    Note: The bank reconciliation requires 5 to 7 business days. Please retain your payment or transfer proof and check online on the announcement date.
  2. Notice:
    1. Please do not make the payment during the payment period indicated above if you intend to cancel your summer accommodation. Any payment made will not be refunded.
    2. After the payment period, those who did not make the payment will be considered to have given up their accommodation and the bed space will be up for lease to other students.
    3. Please do not printout the Dormitory Fee Receipt by I-bon in convenience stores. (Please using Laser printer to print out the Dormitory Fee Receipt.)
    4. Please make sure that payment is made to the correct account number as indicated on the bill. Should there be any mistakes in the bill, please contact the Student Housing Office to make necessary corrections (03-571-5416 or 03-571-5131 ext. 34705).
  3. Payment methods and handling charge are described below (Please choose a suitable method and make the payment within the payment period):
    1. No handling charge required:
      1. Pay at any of the 7-11, Family Mart, OK Mart, or Hi-Life convenience stores across the country.
      2. Pay at any of the branches Bank of Taiwan. payment counter.
      3. Pay at " Bank of Taiwan " ATMs with fund transfer function capability. Operation instructions are as follows:
        (1) Insert the " Bank of Taiwan " ATM card, select "other services", "payment", "transfer fund to a Bank of Taiwan account number".
        (2) Enter the bank code number "004", the 16 digits of the payment account number (indicated in the upper left corner of the bill), and the amount to be paid.
        (3) After confirming that the information is correct, press the "OK" button to complete the transaction.
    2. Handling charge required:
      Pay at any ATMs with fund transfer function capability. Operation instructions are as follows:
      1. Insert the ATM card of other banks, select "other services", "payment", "Interbank fund transfer (handling charge of NT$ 15 for each transaction).
      2. Enter the bank code number "004", the 16 digits of the payment account number (indicated in the upper left corner of the bill), and the amount to be paid.
      3. After confirming that the information is correct, press the "OK" button to complete the transaction.

    2. ii. Nanda Campus: 7-11 (Ground floor of the General Education Building I)

    1. E. Sun Commercial Bank: Ground floor of Macronix Building (Learning Resource Center).
    2. Mega International Commercial Bank: Ground floor of the General Building I, second floor of the Shui Mu Student Center (beside the military faculty room), ground floor of the Guest House I, and beside the ground floor elevator of the TSMC Building, Feng Yun Building.
    3. Chunghwa Post: beside the Cashier Section at the ground floor of the General Building I.
