【Current Student】The Bed Allocation Result of Summer Waiting List 2026

1. Bed Announcement:
Beds for Summer Waiting List 2026 can be checked through the application system
2. Giving up and bed change:
Please send an email to the Division of Student Housing (please attach an image of the front of your student ID card), and the process will not be completed until you receive a reply, please do not make the payment during the payment period indicated above if you intend to cancel your summer accommodation.
3. Application for Summer Waiting List:
For those who have not yet applied but still need a bed for summer, please go to the Division of Student Housing or send an email after June 15 to apply. (please attach an image of the front of your student ID card).
4. Check in:
A. The summer accommodation period is from 8 AM on June 29 to noon on August 21.
a. Students without summer accommodation should check out by noon on June 26.
b. Students currently residing who need to change beds for summer accommodation should complete the move by 4 PM on June 28.
c. Students without current accommodation but with summer accommodation can move in from June 29.
B. Accommodation for the academic year will be available from August 24. For those who have summer accommodation, please finish moving in by 4 PM on August 23.
a. Students may remain in their summer dormitory bed from August 21, 2026 until their bed change is completed. Bed reassignment must be completed by 4:00 PM, Sunday, August 23, 2026 at the latest.
b. The bed change must be completed within one day. Students may inquire at the designated check-in locations for each dormitory or the service center starting August 21, 2026. If the assigned bed is already vacant and the student agrees to move in before the previous occupant's check-out inspection is completed, early check-in between August 21 and 22 will be allowed without additional charges.
5. Payment:
Please print the payment from June 4 to June 8 on Division of Student Housing website and pay at the convenience store by yourself. No refund after payment.
6. Mailing services:
Storage space in service centers is limited and there are no resident records before the start of each semester. Mailing service is provided after the semester commences (summer: after June 29)
