2026 System Services Suspension of Student Housing

Description:
Due to the power shortage of high voltage transformer substation for regular maintenance, power will be shut down at the Shui Mu Student Center. To prevent potential damage to server equipment during the outage, the Division of Student Housing will shut down the related systems in advance before office hours and suspend the following services:
Downtime:
● July 3 (Fri.), 4:00 PM – July 6 (Mon.), 9:00 AM
● July 31 (Fri.), 4:00 PM – August 3 (Mon.), 9:00 AM
Affected Services:
● Dormitory Repairing System
Online applications will be temporarily unavailable. Please apply online after the system resumes or contact the service center for assistance.
● Air-Conditioning Card Top-Up
The top-up machine located outside the Division of Student Housing (1F, Shui Mu Center) will be unavailable.
