1. Current undergraduate students can start online dorm application for the next academic year and summer vacation every April, and start online dorm application of waiting list after June every year.

2. Current graduate students can start online application for the next academic year and summer vacation every April.

3. Incoming graduate students can start online dorm application for the next academic year and summer vacation in late May every year. Incoming students are to be assigned a bed by the Division of Student Housing and cannot choose Dormitory or roommates.

4. Graduate students can start online dorm application of waiting list for the next academic year and summer vacation after June every year.

5. Incoming undergraduate students can start online dorm application in August every year. Beds for incoming students are assigned by school, and students cannot choose Dormitory or roommates.)

6. Pre-enrolled students, transfer students, and those who apply for dorm during a semester can contact the Division of Student Housing.

7. Application for care dormitory (Dorm Shan) is announced separately.

Attention for incoming overseas and exchange students!

＊New overseas undergraduate students and new international graduate students apply for accommodation online in August every year.

＊New overseas chinese graduate students apply for semester accommodation online in late May every year.

＊The list of incoming students will be provided by the following, and the bed is assigned by the Division of Student Housing
