三、各區服務中心8點至23點提供新版卡片交換卡服務每張200元（實際可用電費為200元），若交換卡時卡片內尚有20元以內的餘額可先辦理退還餘額，儲值機皆故障時24小時提供交換卡服務，請自備零錢。

New version card trade in the used card at the service center for a new NT$200 card (amount available for electricity is NT$200) from 8:00 to 23:00.If the card remaining quota is under NT$20 can be refund first. If both of the campus readers are malfunctioning at the same time from 00:00 to 24:00. Please have your change ready.
