1. Bed Announcement:
Beds for summer 2023 and academic year 2023 (including fall semester 2023 and spring semester 2024) have been announced as attached. Please use Ctrl + F to search for student ID number.

2. Giving up:
A. Please send an email to the Division of Student Housing from May 12 to May 25, by 5:00 p.m. (please attach an image of the front of your student ID card), and the process will not be completed until you receive a reply.
B. For overdue giving up, please refer to Article 5 of the "Dorm Rules for NTHU" for related rights and charges.
3. Bed change:
A. For summer: from May 12 to May 15, by 5:00 p.m.
For academic year: from May 26 to June 1, by 5:00 p.m.
For academic year: from May 26 to June 1, by 5:00 p.m.
B. Please send an email to the Division of Student Housing with an image of the front of your student ID card, and the process will not be completed until you receive a reply.
4. Check in:
A. The summer accommodation period is from 8:00 a.m. on July 1 to 12:00 noon on August 30.
a. Students who are not currently in residence but have a summer residence can move in from July 1.
b. Students who are currently in residence and need to change their beds for summer accommodation are required to move in by 4:00 p.m. on June 30.
c. Students who do not have a summer residence should check out by 12:00 noon on June 26.
B. Accommodation for the academic year will be available from September 1. For those who have summer accommodation, please finish moving in by 4:00 p.m. on August 31.
5. Payment:
A. For summer: Please print the payment from May 17 to May 22 on Division of Student Housing website and pay at the convenience store by yourself. No refund after payment.
B. Fall semester accommodation fees will be incorporated into the tuition bill.
6. Waiting list:
A. Summer Waiting List: Apply at the application system (Division of Student Housing website) from 10:00 a.m. on May 26 to 16:00 p.m. on June 1
B. Academic Year Waiting List: For the first waiting list, please apply at the application system (Division of Student Housing website) from 10:00 a.m. on June 15 to 4:00 p.m. on June 20.
7. Mailing services:
Storage space in service centers is limited and there are no resident records before the start of each semester. Mailing service is provided after the semester commences (summer: after July 1st; fall semester: after September 1st; spring semester: after February 1st).

8. Remark:
A. Please refer to the 2023 Power Outage List Notification for the annual maintenance outage during the summer vacation.
B. During the summer vacation, we expect to carry out cleaning in the dormitories of Dorm Hsin, Li, Yi, Wen, Jen, Shyr, Ming-feng, Ying-hsi, Shu Te, Ya, and Chung-shan, as well as major renovations in Dorm Hung. If high voltage electrical maintenance, water tower cleaning, and air conditioner cleaning are carried out, they will be announced on the Division of Student Housing website.
C. If you want to give up the accommodation due to the above reasons, please complete the procedure within the time limit.
