2024 Head Resident Election Notice

1. Application Qualifications：Current dormitory resident and must be able to fulfill his/her duty till the end.

2. Registration Date: November 10 to November 17 of 2023, please bring your student ID, declaration form and application form for registration, and upload the application form.

3. Registration location: Detailed announcements from each dorm.

4. Election Campaign: November 31 to December 4 daily from 9am to 9pm.

5. Election Date: 6:30pm to 8:30pm on December 6. The result will be tallied immediately. In the event of a tie, lots will be drawn on site to determine the candidate.
Note: Candidates are not allowed to conduct propaganda or canvassing around the polling place, and those who violate the rules will be disqualified and will be invalidated.

6. Election Venue: Detailed announcements from each dorm.

7. The term of service: February 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025

8. New president must submit the dormitory committee list (including Student ID, Name and title) to Division of Student Housing before December 27, 2023.

9. New president must complete the dormitory job handover before January 15, 2024.

10. Dorm Jen and Shyr will follow the relevant rules.

Note:

1. Please read the "Autonomy Regulations for Student Houses of National Tsing Hua University" and "Dorm Rules for NTHU" before this application.

2. If the information or documents are not complete before the registration deadline, the application will be disqualified.
