【New Undergraduate】2025 Dormitory Bed Allocation Announcement

1. New Undergraduate Bed Announcement:
Please check your personal freshman assign result in the housing application system or all allocation results.
2. Giving up:
(1) If you wish to give up your allocated dormitory bed, please apply before 5:00 PM on September 4, 2025.
(2) Send an email to the associate officer
Email Subject: Give up the Bed for 2025
Email Content: State your intention to give up the bed. Please attach your student ID number, full name, dormitory name, room number, bed number, and a copy of a valid ID for verification.
The process is complete only after you receive a confirmation email from the officer.
