Housing Period for Fall 2026, Spring 2027 and Summer 2027

According to Article 3 of Dorm Rules for NTHU, Item 1, “Applications for dormitory accommodation are based on the academic year and arranged according to the NTHU academic calendar. The actual accommodation schedule will be determined by the Division of Student Housing”. This is hereby announced as follows:
Item Date/Time Remarks
2026 Fall Semester Check-in August 24, 2026 From 8:00 AM Check-in for first-year students are scheduled for August 30 to 31, 2026.
Check-out January 8, 2027 Before 5:00 PM
1. Students who have accommodation for both semesters do not need to check out, and there is no need to move out during the winter break.
2. Students who apply for a leave of absence at the end of the semester and need accommodation for the next semester should contact the relevant person for arrangements.
2027 Spring semester Check-in February 1, 2027 From 8:00 AM
Check-out June 18, 2027 Before 12:00 noon Students who applied for summer accommodation may stay in their original room after 12:00 noon on June 18, 2027, and will be notified separately when to move to summer accommodation.
Summer Dorm for 2027 June 21, 2026, to August 20, 2027
The summer housing schedule will be adjusted according to the officially announced start date of the semester.
Summer Camps for 2027 July 5, 2026, to August 6, 2027
