Applying for Dormitory Internet Connection

1.  Unit in charge of student dormitory Internet connection：Computer and Communication Center (Second floor of General Building II)

2.  Read carefully about the Dormitory Internet Application Procedure on the center’s website.

3.  To apply: Go to the Center’s website Click on Division of Network Systems  Student Dormitory Internet Start Internet Application

Note: Check IP address of your computer’s MAC Internet card before application.

4.  Contact the Computer and Communications Center on the second floor or dial the center extension number for any questions regarding dormitory internet connection or dial the center’s extension number 31178.

 Applying for Student Dormitory Room Extension Numbersrs

1.  Unit in charge of the extension numbers for student dormitories is： Computer and Communication Center (Second floor of General Building II)

2.  Please bring your own telephone.

3.  Go to the Division of Student Housing website or dial its extension number to check for room extension numbers or dial the extension number 62359.

4.  Go to the Computer and Communications Center website Click on Division of Network Systems  Go to “Forms Download” Download “Application Form for Extension Service of Student Dormitory,” or go to the service center at the second floor at the Computer and Communication Center to collect the form. After completing the form, go to the Division of Student Housing for an official stamp, and then take the application back to the service center at the Computer and Communication Center.

5.  To apply for dormitory phone extension, please dial the extension number 31135 for Computer and Communications Center for assistance.

6.  To repair the telephone line in your room, please dial #99 for the operator to schedule for a repair.
