The online application for dormitory rooms during summer accommodation of academic year 103:

＊Those who currently live in the dormitory and want to stay in the same room during summer accommodation must register for the same dormitory room.

＊Those who currently live off campus or those who don’t want to stay in the same room during summer accommodation must register for different dormitory rooms.

The online application for single dormitory rooms in academic year 104:

＊Those who currently live in single dormitory rooms and want to stay in the same rooms during the next academic year must register for the same dormitory room.

＊Those who currently live off campus or those who do not live in single dormitory rooms or those who want to change to other single dormitory rooms must fill out the wish list for single dormitory room.

Lot drawing for single dormitory room:

The rights to single dormitory rooms will be assigned to all applicants for single dormitory rooms (including those who applied for staying in the same rooms or those who submitted the wish lists of single dormitory rooms) by lot drawing. For the sake of fairness, those who are eligible for prioritized dormitory allocation will not have priority in this category.

＊Those who applied for staying in the same room and won the lot drawing will continue to live in the same rooms. 

＊Those who submitted the wish list of dormitory room and won the lot drawing will take a randomly determined room on the wish list.

＊Those who did not win the lot drawing will be given serial numbers on the waiting list for single dormitory rooms.

The online application for double dormitory rooms in academic year 104: (those who have already awarded the right to live in single dormitory rooms cannot participate in this lot drawing)

＊Those who currently live in the double dormitory rooms and want to stay in the same rooms during next academic year must register for the same dormitory rooms.

＊Those who currently live off campus or those who want to change to other dormitory rooms must fill out the wish list for double dormitory room.

Lot drawing for double dormitory room:

The rights to double dormitory rooms will be assigned to all online applicants for double dormitory rooms (including those who applied for staying in the same rooms or those who submitted the wish lists of double dormitory rooms) by lot drawing. Those who are eligible for prioritized dormitory allocation will have priority over common students.
