A：The dorm deposits are divided into two classifications, and the time for payment and refund is as follows:
1. Utensil custody fee for an academic year
Payment: Upon moving in every academic year, and payment should be done one time per academic year (Those who move in during the first semester pay the deposit during the first semester, and don’t need to pay again in the second semester. Students who apply for dorm in the second semester should pay the deposits upon moving in.)
Refund: The dorm cancelation for an academic year is accepted in late June every year, and the deposit will be refunded before the end of August every year.
2. Utensil custody fee for summer vacation
Payment: The dorm deposits for summer vacation should be paid before moving in every summer vacation.
Refund: Withdrawal for summer vacation is accepted in late August every year, and the deposit will be refunded before the end of October every year.
