Ａ：The service center in each area provides card exchanging service from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. when machine breaks down. Each card costs NTD 200 (with NTD 200 for the electric charge). If the stored value is under NTD 20, the money can be returned. Or you can buy the new card at 7-11 convenience store on Main Campus (24H).
