New Package System Launch Notification

I. Service recipients: Students who have completed the dormitory check-in process.
II. Service content:
1. Registered mail and parcels will be notified for collection after registration in the system. Please collect them at the service center within two weeks.
2. Court and legal documents will not be collected on behalf of others.
3. Shipping fees for mail and parcels will not be paid on behalf of others.
4. Personal luggage, mattresses, quilts, or other large furniture are not generally included in the scope of the receiving and sending service.
5. For detailed regulations, please refer to the National Tsing Hua University Dormitory Mail and Parcel Receiving and Sending Service Management Guidelines.
III. Notification methods:
1. Email notification (sent to the registered email address in the Academic Information System)
2. Electronic bulletin board announcement in each dormitory
3. The NTHU Student Information Platform App – Dormitory Package Service and Push Notification (please make sure to enable notifications to receive messages)
