Announcement of Housing Schedule for the Academic Year 2024
In accordance with school policies, starting from academic year 2024, each semester will consist of 16 weeks. The housing period will be adjusted according to the school calendar. The housing schedule is announced as follows:

1. Due to transitional policy, the summer housing period for 2024 is still from July 1 to August 30.
2. Incoming freshmen will check-in from August 24 to 25, 2024.
3. The check-in date for spring semester waitlisted residents is from February 3, 2025.

| Academic year 2024 residents check-out | Before 12:00 noon on June 20, 2025 | For academic year residents, there's no need to move out during winter break; however, the dormitories will be closed during the Lunar New Year period (January 24 to February 2, 2025). Stay application for the Lunar New Year will be announced separately. |
| Summer residents 2025 | From June 23 to August 15, 2025 | For academic year residents with summer housing, they will stay in their original beds from June 20-21, 2025, and move to their summer beds on June 22. |
