Application for Refrigerator Placement in Dorm Room for Fall Semester 2024
1. Application period: Since September 2nd, 2024
2. Qualification:
(1) Students currently living in dormitories.
(2) Applications are accepted on a per-room basis and individual applications will not be accepted.
(3) Only one refrigerator can be placed in each room.
(4) For single rooms in Dorm Tsing, refrigerators are provided by the Division of Student Housing and no separate application is required.
3. Specification: The maximum capacity allowed is 100 liters. (No refrigerator is provided)
4. Usage period:
Fall semester (from September 1st to January 31st)
Spring semester (from February 1st to June 30th)

5. Fee: The fee for one semester is 400NTD (or for one academic year is 800NTD). The fee is charged per semester and is not divided into monthly installments. Once approved and paid, it is non-refundable.
6. Application form: Download the application form from the website or collect it from the office.
7. Application process: Fill out the application form → Go to the Division of Student Housing office to get the payment → Pay at a convenience store→ Return to the office with the receipt to confirm and get the payment certification
8. Other rules:
(1) After the application has been approved, please stick the payment certification to the refrigerator. Use a separate power outlet or an extension cord with an automatic overload protection device. Do not use multi-outlet sockets without protective devices to avoid potential hazards.
(2) If there is a room change, bring the payment certification to the office for an update.
(3) Residents are required to check out of the dormitory and take all personal belongings (including the refrigerator) with them by the deadline announced at the end of the semester. Violators will be punished in accordance with the Dorm Rules, Article 7, paragraph B.
(4) In case of power outages, maintenance, or other projects that prevent the use of the refrigerator or electricity on campus, the school will not be responsible for any compensation.
