(1) Foreign, overseas and mainland China students should fill out the form on the student housing website (Google Form).

(2) Local students with academic or special reasons, who must get advisor’s approval with acceptable reason and come to Division of Student Housing office to apply and wait for approved.

(2) Division of Student Housing will arrange and announce the dorms and beds for Lunar New Year based on the number of applicants and the current bed availability. Please check your dorm and bed on housing website.

(1) Move-in: Please follow the schedule, the residents who are reallocated should get the room keys at the designated service center. (Please bring your personal items, including: bed, pillow, clothes…etc. The closed dorms will not be opened during closure period.)

(2) Move back: Please follow the schedule to move back to own original room and complete the property checking as well as return the key to the service center.

(1) During the closure period, gas, electric power and water supply will be cut off, except for open dormitories. (Please unplug and clean the refrigerator.)

(2) During the closure period, please take the important and personal items back to home. All closed dormitories will not be opened. Who ask for opening the closed dorms by personal reason, will not refund the deposit for NT1000 dollar.

(3) Please close the doors and windows before leaving the room.

(4) Stay, entry or break into the closed dorms are prohibited. Dorm Rules Article 9.

(5) If who doesn’t finish move-in or move back with the rules, will not be refunded the deposit for NT1000 dollars.
