2. Application time: 2025/3/20 10:00 AM ~ 3/26 4:00 PM. For online application of summer accommodation, please visit Division of Student Housing website.
3. Summer accommodation is 9:00 AM on 6/23 to noon on 8/15. If you want to apply for less than 2 months, please visit the Division of Student Housing to apply for and pay the dorm fees after 2025/6/16. The Bed allocation depends on the current situation. Beds are not guaranteed.
4. Time of announcement of bed allocation: 2025/4/25 4:00 PM. Please visit the website of Division of Student Housing
5. Time of payment: 2025/5/2 ~ 5/8 (Please be sure to pay at this time.)
6. Payment: Please visit the website of Division of Student Housing. According to Dorm Rules for NTHU Article 3, Subparagraph C, “There shall be no refund once the fees are paid.”, please make sure that you need the dorm for summer vacation.
7. Note:
(1) Undergraduate student's summer dorm is arranged by Division of Student Housing, the opening dormitories as shown above.
(2) Graduate students assigned to the bed for the current occupants are with the priority to the use of the bed during summer basically. The order of the next semester is the second priority. The order of the other applicants is the third.
(3) It would be the primary basis that each room should be fully occupied before other rooms become available. If there are available beds in different rooms, these will be assigned by Division of Student Housing clerk accordingly.
(4) If the beds are not enough, the beds will be allocated by random.
(5) The twin suite and twin room in dorm Shu Te and the single room in dorm Ru are only for graduate students.
(6) During the summer, Dorm Shinn will undergo cleaning operations, while the bathrooms and restrooms of Dorm Wen will undergo refurbishment work.
(7) During the summer, operations such as power outage maintenance, water tower cleaning, air conditioning cleaning, and adjustment of air conditioning card reader rates will be carried out. Announcements will be posted on the Division of Student Housing website.
