Academic Year 2025 Housing Application
1. The New Housing Policy for the 2025 Academic Year, including the bed rearrangement, is detailed on the website of Division of Student Housing.
2. Students from the College of Arts can only select the dormitories on the Nanda Campus. Students from other colleges can select dormitories on both campuses. The Quiet Room is also available as a preference option.
3. Applications are submitted individually, regardless of identity. After the random results are announced, students can register their dormitory and bed preferences within the dormitory head resident 's allocation period.
4. Students apply and get approved for Other Priority Dormitory Qualification and freshmen transitioning to their sophomore year must still apply for accommodation. Priority status only grants the right to housing, not a specific allocation.
5. Random process: Students without priority status enter a random for accommodation rights. Those who obtain accommodation rights are then assigned a random sequence number, which determines dormitory allocation order.
6. Students who do not receive a bed can register for the waitlist within the designated period.

Application for summer accommodation The summer accommodation starts from 09:00 AM on June 23 to noon August 15.

4/14~4/20 Bed allocation by the dormitory head resident The dormitory head resident must submit the allocation results to the Division of Student Housing Office before 5:00 PM on April 21. Contact with the dormitory head resident for bed allocation

Giving up dormitory accommodation for Academic Year 2025 Please check “Dorm Rules for NTHU” Article 5 before giving up the dormitory accommodation procedure. (Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00AM~12:00PM/1:00PM~5:00PM) Division of Student Housing Office or Nanda Service Center with student ID card for further process
5/2~5/8 Payment for summer accommodation For more details, please refer to the homepage of the Division of Student Housing. No refund after payment. Print payment bill on Division of Student Housing homepage

1. For the sake of refunding the dormitory deposit, please apply for bank account number of Mega bank, E.SUN bank, or Chunghwa Post and log in “Bank Account Key-In” of Academic Information Systems.
2. Academic Year 2025 includes 2025 fall semester and 2026 spring semester. Applications for dormitory accommodation are based on the academic year and arranged according to the NTHU academic calendar. For details of the accommodation period and related regulations, please refer to the Dorm Rules for NTHU.
3. Students eligible for Care Room must also participate in this application process.
