【New Graduate】The Bed Allocation Result of New Overseas Graduate Students 2025

1. Bed Announcement:
Please check your personal allocation assign result in the housing application system or all allocation results.
2. Giving up:
A. Please send an email before 5:00 PM on August 15, with a clear image of your valid ID (only the name and photo need to be identifiable). The process will be completed only after the person in charge confirms by email.
B. For those who forfeit after the deadline, please refer to Article 5 of the Dorm Rules for NTHU.
3. Waiting list:
Academic Year Waiting List: For the second waiting list, please apply at the housing application system from 10 AM on Aug 4 to 4 PM on Aug 8.
4. Check in:
Students may check-in the fall semester bed since August 18, 2025.
5. Payment:
Fall semester accommodation fees will be incorporated into the tuition bill.
6. New students who use the access QR code to enter or leave the dormitory before obtaining their student ID card. Information on how to check will be posted on the webpage of Division of Student Housing.
7. Mailing services:
Storage space in service centers is limited and there are no resident records before the start of each semester. Mailing service is provided after the semester commences (fall semester: after August 18).
