Temporary QR Code for Dorm Access (New Students and Exchange Students)
1. Login: https://gencard.et.nthu.edu.tw (Login will be available starting 3 days before move-in.)
2. Add shortcut to your phone's home screen → Open the app

3. Enter your account and password (to be notified separately), then complete the graphic verification.
4. Scan the QR Code using the camera below the card reader (10–20 cm away from the reader at a 45-degree angle)
→ The screen will show the unlock icon once successful
→ Open the dormitory entrance (for automatic doors, please move close to the entrance to trigger the infrared sensor)
→ The screen will show the unlock icon once successful

5. It is only valid for dormitory areas until the end of September each year. After receiving your student ID, please switch to using the student ID card or the iNTHU App.
