2026 Head Resident Election Notice

1. The term of service: February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027.

2. Application Qualifications：Current dormitory resident and must be able to fulfill his/her duty till the end.

3. Registration Date: October 29 to November 5 of 2025.

4. Registration Method: please bring your student ID, declaration form and application form for registration, and email the election registration form to the Head Residen's mailbox of your dorm. The file name should be: 2026_Dorm_Head_Election_Registration_Form_[Dorm]_Student ID_Name

5. Election Campaign: November 18 to November 23, 2025 daily from 9 am. to 9 pm.

6. Election Date: 6:30pm to 8:30pm on November 26, 2025. The result will be tallied. immediately. In the event of a tie, lots will be drawn on site to determine the candidate. Note: Candidates are not allowed to conduct propaganda or canvassing around the polling place, and those who violate the rules will be disqualified and will be invalidated.

Note:

1. Please read the "Autonomy Regulations for Student Houses of National Tsing Hua University" and "Dorm Rules for NTHU" before this application.

2. If the information or documents are not complete before the registration deadline, the application will be disqualified.

3. New president must submit the dormitory committee list (including Student ID, Name and title) to Division of Student Housing before December 17, 2025, and must complete the dormitory job handover before January 9, 2026.

4. New Head Residents are required to attend the Head Resident Workshop on January 12, 2026. In addition, a joint off-campus visit with National Chengchi University is scheduled for January 13, 2026. All are welcome to register and participate.
