To improve aging bathroom facilities and enhance residential safety and overall living quality, the Division of Student Housing will carry out the Bathroom Renovation Project at Dorm Wen.
During the construction period, some inconvenience to residents' daily routines is unavoidable. We sincerely apologize for this and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. The renovation details are as follows:

Removal of wall and floor tiles on the north side, and transportation and disposal of construction debris.

This phase will involve significant construction noise. Elevators will also be used to transport construction waste, which may affect access and quietness. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Tile installation, facility upgrades, and overall renovation of the north-side bathrooms, followed by renovation work on the south side upon completion.

For work that cannot be interrupted, construction hours may be extended until 20:00. Any such adjustments will be announced in advance. Every effort will be made to minimize the impact on residents' daily lives.

⚠️ Important Reminders
1. During the construction period, the north-side bathroom area of Wen Dorm will be fully closed. Residents are requested to use the south-side (elevator-side) bathrooms, laundry facilities, and drinking water dispensers instead.
2. In addition to the drying areas located on the elevator side of the same floor, residents may also use the elevator-side drying area on the first floor and the outdoor clothes-drying area at Huei Dorm.
3. Construction personnel will mainly remain within the designated work zones. However, due to construction requirements, they may occasionally pass through the corridors. Residents are kindly reminded to close their room doors when entering or exiting and to be mindful of personal appearance.
4. During the construction period, the Division of Student Housing will assign staff to conduct daily on-site supervision and will strictly control the access of construction personnel. Should there be any concerns or feedback, please contact Ms. Chen, the project coordinator (ext. 34707), Ms. Hsiung, the Wen Dorm coordinator (ext. 62359), or the Wen Dorm Head Resident.
