1. Students apply and get approved for Other Priority Dormitory Qualification and freshmen transitioning to their sophomore year must still apply for accommodation. Priority status only grants the right to housing, not a specific allocation. Priority qualification only grants the right to obtain housing, not the right to choose the campus and dormitory.

2. Conduct a random draw for dormitory selection priority based on the remaining number of beds after deducting applicants who have priority housing eligibility from the total number of available beds.

1. Even if I obtain dormitory selection eligibility, it does not guarantee a dormitory assignment. If I do not fill all dormitory preferences, there is still a risk of not being assigned a dormitory.

2. If grouped, the final decision will be based on the preference order selected by the group leader; a single-person group must also complete the grouping setup. Those who do not form a group or do not select preferences will be randomly assigned to the remaining dormitories by the Division of Student Housing.

3. Students from the College of Arts can only select the dormitory in the Nanda Campus. Students from other colleges can select dormitories on both campuses.

4. After the random results are announced, students can register their dormitory and bed preferences within the dormitory head resident's allocation period.

5. Random process: Students who obtain dormitory selection eligibility will complete grouping registration first, after which a random sequence number will be assigned. Dormitory preferences will then be allocated according to the assigned sequence number.
