【Current Student】Dormitory Results Announcement for Academic Year 2026
A. The results of the 2026 academic year dormitory announcement can be checked through the application system or announcement page
B. Students who have been assigned to the dormitory should register for bed allocation according to the method announced by the dormitory head resident (undergraduate and graduate). If no registration is made, the dormitory head resident will assign the bed directly. Students who have been assigned a dormitory should first contact the head resident of the assigned dorm to register for a bed. Requests to switch dormitories through the head resident are not allowed.
C. Students who were not been allocated the dormitory should not contact the dormitory head resident to register for a bed. Students who do not receive dormitory selection eligibility can register for the waitlist within the designated period
D. The bed allocation will be announced on the Division of Student Housing website at 4:00 PM on April 29,2026. If you wish to cancel your bed allocation, please complete the process before 5:00 PM on May 13, 2026, using one of the following methods:
(1) Email: Send an email with a copy or photo of your student ID card to the responsible person.

(2) In Person: Bring your student ID and visit the Division of Student Housing Office at the main campus or the Nanda Service Center during office hours. (Office Hours: Weekdays 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
E. For overdue giving up, please refer to Article 5 of the "Dorm Rules for NTHU" for related rights and charges.
F. The first round of bed vacancy changes is scheduled from May 15 to May 19, 2026. This change must be applied for individually through the application system. After the application period ends, a random selection will be conducted based on the preferred beds. The remaining beds will be released during the next round of bed vacancy changes or allocated to the waiting list.
G. The bed exchange period for the 2026 academic year is from May 20 to May 27,2026. Bed exchanges are prohibited at any other time. The Division of Student Housing will conduct an inspection. If any improper transaction is found, the Division of Student Housing reserves the right to reject the change. According to Article 9 of the Dorm Rules for NTHU, any student who engages in unauthorized transfer of dormitory bed assignments, allows another person to occupy a bed under a false identity, accepts a bed obtained through such means, or posts messages regarding the sale or transfer of dormitory beds will, upon verification, receive a penalty of 15 points. Residents who have accumulated 15 or more deduction points within one academic year shall be required to complete the bed give-up and check-out procedure within two weeks and will be cancelled or ineligible to apply for a bed in the next academic year.
