2. Giving up and bed change:

B. Explanation of Processing Methods:
a. Bring your student ID to the Division of Student Housing or the Nanda Service Center for processing (on weekdays from 8 AM to noon / 1 PM to 5 PM).
b. For giving up, you can send an email to the Division of Student Housing for processing (please attach a clear photo of the front of your student ID card). The process will not be completed until you receive a reply.
c. Those who exchange beds must present both student ID cards. The exchange is mutually agreed upon by both parties and does not involve any buying, selling, or remuneration. If any violations are found upon verification by the school, the case will be handled according to Article 9, subparagraph A, item a of the Dorm Rules for NTHU, with penalties for the violation and immediate check-out from the dormitory.
c. Changes shall be conducted in accordance with Article 4 of the Dorm Rules for NTHU.
3. Check in:
A. The summer accommodation period is from 8 AM on June 29 to noon on August 21.
a. Students without summer accommodation should check out by noon on June 26.
b. Students currently residing who need to change beds for summer accommodation should complete the move by 4 PM on June 28.
c. Students without current accommodation but with summer accommodation can move in from June 29.
B. Accommodation for the academic year will be available from August 24. For those who have summer accommodation, please finish moving in by 4 PM on August 23.
4. Payment:
A. For summer: Please print the payment from May 7 to May 12 on the Division of Student Housing website and pay at the convenience store by yourself. No refund after payment.
B. Fall semester accommodation fees will be incorporated into the tuition bill.
5. Waiting list:
A. Summer Waiting List: Apply at the housing application system from 10 AM on May 21 to 4 PM on May 28.
B. Academic Year Waiting List: Register for the waiting list within the designated period
6. Mailing services:
Storage space in service centers is limited and there are no resident records before the start of each semester. Mailing service is provided after the semester commences (summer: after June 29; fall semester: after August 24).

7. Remark:
A. The placement of summer vacation luggage will be handled according to each dormitory's head resident. Not all dormitories will be open for luggage storage, so please follow the instructions in the announcements. It is expected to be posted on the website in mid-May.
B. Please refer to the 2026 Power Outage List Notification for the annual maintenance outage during the summer.
C. During the summer, we expect to carry out cleaning in the dormitories of Dorm Hsin, Li, Yi, Wen, Huei Jen, Shyr, Ming-Feng, Ying-Hsi, Shu-Te. If high voltage electrical maintenance, water tower cleaning, and air conditioner cleaning are carried out, they will be announced on the Division of Student Housing website.
D. If you want to give up the summer accommodation due to the above reasons, please complete the procedure within the time limit. No refund after payment.
