1. The project was originally scheduled to begin excavation and steel structure installation in late April. To minimize disruption to students' daily routines, construction was suspended from May 1 until the end of the final examination period and will resume on June 15. After construction resumes, there will be construction-related noise, and pedestrian routes around the construction area will also be adjusted. For safety reasons, the passage connecting the Li Dormitory main entrance to Jen and Shyr Dormitories will be completely closed starting from the resumption of construction. Students are requested to use alternative routes.

2. Considering the inconvenience to pedestrian access and moving activities during the construction period, the room transfer and relocation schedule for residents of Jen and Shyr Dormitories for both the current semester and the summer vacation, originally scheduled to be completed on June 28, will be extended until June 30. This provides students with a three-day flexible relocation period to facilitate moving arrangements.
