2. Undergraduate Giving up:
A. Please send an email before 5:00 PM on September 3, with a clear image of your valid ID (only the name and photo need to be identifiable). The process will be completed only after the person in charge confirms by email.
B. For those who forfeit after the deadline, please refer to Article 5 of the Dorm Rules for NTHU.
3. Waiting list:
Those who did not get a bed through the waiting list will be notified based on their waitlist number. We will proactively contact you via email or phone. If you still require accommodation, please get in touch with us.

5. Storage space in service centers is limited and there are no resident records before the start of each semester. Mailing service is provided after the semester commences (fall semester: after August 24).
