Applying for approval for refrigerator usage in Fall 2014

一、以寢室為單位向住宿組提出申請

Only one license can be applied for each room.

二、使用期間：上學期自9/1-1/31止，下學期自2/1-6/30止

Using time: Fall semester (9/1-1/31) and Spring semester (2/1-6/30)

三、容 量：100公升為上限(需自備)

Capacity: Maximum 100-liter refrigerator (Prepare the refrigerator by yourself)

四、費 用：一學期/＄400/一寢室(可一次申請兩學期＄800元)

Fee: NTD$400 per semester (Two semester: NTD$800)

五、清齋單人房已配有冰箱無需申請

Because single rooms in Dorm Ching are equipped with refrigerators, the residents do not need to apply for approval.
