Q1：How do I send a package to student dormitories？
Ａ：
1. Please write the personal name correctly and completely. Must not remain your nickname or other person’s name. If the name is different from system, we will return the package directly.
2. Please go to service center to get your package within 2 weeks. We will return the packages which are received over 2 weeks.
3. Because there are no student data before the start of each semester, please send the package after the start of each semester (Summer：After July 1st、Fall Semester：After September 1st、Spring Semester：After February 1st).
4. Please write the complete information of receiver：
