1. Dormitory Counselor (or Student Assistance Staff)
Responsible for handling dormitory disputes, violations, safety concerns, general counseling, safety maintenance, emergency (accident) response, medical assistance, regular and irregular dormitory inspections, and communication of important information.

2. Division of Student Housing
Responsible for housing applications, dormitory assignments and management, cleaning supervision, policy formulation and revision, dormitory renovations, AC card top-ups, in-room refrigerator applications, dormitory deposits, website and e-bulletin management, access control, and surveillance footage requests.
● Located on the 1st floor of the Shui-Mu Student Center (Entrance next to the AC card top-up machine, opposite Dormitory Ping)

3. Dormitory Managers
Responsible for check-in/check-out property inspections, minor repairs or reporting maintenance issues, mail and package handling, item lending, cleaning and maintenance of public areas, environmental upkeep within 5 meters surrounding dormitories, supervision of bathroom cleaning, and front desk duty rotation.

4. Dormitory Heads
Responsible for supervising vice dormitory heads and floor heads, representing residents in communication with the university, and overseeing dormitory self-governance and operations.
A list of dormitory head residents is available on the Division of Student Housing website. Residents may contact them according to the communication methods announced by each dormitory.

If any lost property is found on campus, faculty, staff, or students may submit the item to the Division of Student Assistance, where it will be handled in accordance with the Lost and Found Guidelines. If an elevator malfunction occurs, please remain calm. Use the emergency intercom or call button inside the elevator, or use your mobile phone to contact the Campus Security Office at 03-5714769. You may also call out loudly to seek assistance. Do not knock, hit, kick, or attempt to force open the elevator doors, as this may result in danger.

● In case of a power outage or a circuit breaker trip in your room, please contact the service center.
● During a power outage, pay attention to your personal safety. Emergency lighting is available in public areas, or you may use a flashlight for illumination.
● Do not use the elevator until power is fully restored. If you become trapped in an elevator, please refer to Q3: What should I do if I am trapped in an elevator in the dormitory? Remain calm and wait for assistance.
● Ensure electrical safety by unplugging appliances to prevent damage from power surges when electricity is restored.
● Avoid opening the refrigerator frequently to prevent food from spoiling.
